About Caroline
Caroline has always been passionate about dogs.  She is a fully qualified Academy of Dog Training and Behaviour (ADTB) dog training instructor, is part of the training team at a local agility club and has a Diploma in Canine Psychology.
One of the principles ADTB instructors uphold is to assure all dog owners that they are training, that their standard of care, sympathy and kindness with methods and well-being of dogs is of the highest standard. ADTB instructors also use only positive, motivational training methods.
As part of her continuing professional development, Caroline maintains and updates her knowledge and proficiency through attendance at canine related seminars and workshops,  by watching webinars and by reading relevant books and articles.
Caroline has spent many years working in education and uses the skills and experience she has gained from this in planning and running her classes.
Over the years, Caroline has trained her own dogs in agility, competitive obedience and heelwork to music and continues to thoroughly enjoy working, learning and training with them. As an approved Pets As Therapy volunteer, she visits a local middle school with her younger dog as part of the PAT READ2DOG scheme.  In addition, she enjoys voluntary dog walking at Lincoln Farm, the Margaret Green Animal Rescue Rehoming Centre for Dogs and participation in their fundraising events.
